Educational infrastructure for a safe and functional academic operation
This project involved the construction, renovation, and improvement of the Colegio Belisario Villar Pérez, located in the Canto del Llano district of Santiago, with the goal of expanding and strengthening the operational conditions of an educational facility serving 1,378 students.
The project included the construction of a three-story building designed to integrate academic, administrative, and service spaces under criteria of functionality, order, and safe use. The new block houses a cafeteria and kitchen, a computer lab, chemistry and biology laboratories, restrooms, and 18 classrooms, meeting the operational needs of a growing school community.
We approached this project as a construction intervention focused on improving the facility's installed capacity, optimizing internal circulation, organizing everyday use areas, and delivering functional, durable spaces ready for daily academic operations.

Our scope included classrooms, laboratories, service areas, offices, a cafeteria, a covered court, and electrical upgrades, all developed with the demands of a high-use educational facility in mind.
