The new block houses a cafeteria and kitchen, a computer lab, chemistry and biology laboratories, restrooms, and 18 classrooms, meeting the operational needs of a growing school community.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        We approached this project as a construction intervention focused on improving the facility's installed capacity, optimizing internal circulation, organizing everyday use areas, and delivering functional, durable spaces ready for daily academic operations.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"project-summary-box\">\n      <h3>Project Focus<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Construction of a three-story building.<\/li>\n        <li>Equipment of classrooms, laboratories, and service areas.<\/li>\n        <li>Organization of spaces for intensive academic use.<\/li>\n        <li>Renovation of administrative and ancillary spaces.<\/li>\n        <li>Upgrades to the electrical system and existing infrastructure.<\/li>\n        <li>Improvement of circulation, occupancy, and daily operational conditions.<\/li>\n        <li>Addition of a covered synthetic basketball court.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"section section-alt project-tech\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n\n    <header class=\"section-header\">\n      <h5>TECHNICAL APPROACH<\/h5>\n      <h2>Comprehensive execution for a safe and functional educational facility<\/h2>\n    <\/header>\n\n    <div class=\"project-tech-content\">\n      <p>\n        In educational projects, every intervention must respond to both technical criteria and the real dynamics of daily use. It's not just about building new spaces \u2014 it's about ensuring the infrastructure can support the academic, administrative, and community operations of the school, with clear, durable areas suited to the constant movement of students, teachers, and staff.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        For this project, we delivered an execution focused on the orderly integration of new areas, the improvement of existing spaces, and the adaptation of essential components for the school's daily operation.
